A single estate dark chocolate from the Philippines boasting the highest percentage in the Land range. Using beans from a small family farm in South Cotabato, this chocolate has subtle biscuity notes throughout. It has a lovely, oaty finish, and despite the strong percentage, it’s very mild, palatable dark chocolate. A bit like having a chocolate digestive in solid chocolate form.
