Light, golden colour with small bubble sparkle. On the nose a prickly honeyed citrus with elderflower, rhubarb and gooseberry.
Big tannic structure and consequent mouthfeel with raised astringency and a hint of sourness but succulence and good acidity keep it all in harmony.
A more muscular vintage than previous and more engaging aftertaste as a consequence. Lovely acidity and full bodied courtesy of tannins in the finish.
Fermented with wild yeasts. Opens with a nice pop. Alc. 4.3% ABV
