Smoked Maldon sea salt is naturally smoked over English oak using methods perfected over generations. Traditional cold smoking adds a sophisticatedly subtle smokiness to the salt, guaranteeing an extra frisson of flavour. Sprinkle a little over roast potatoes before serving or try it on fish, meat and poultry.
